Viraj Amar

Viraj Amar has been anointed by the maestros as one of India's most luminous talents. She's part of ultra-exclusive group bejeweled with mentors and Gurus namely Pt. Rajan-Sajan Mishra, the Gods of Banaras Gharana. She's an 'A' grade artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan who has been performing extensively in various festivals as well as concerts around India and abroad. She also has numerous solo albums to her credit. In spite of pursuing masters in Bio-Chemistry she chose to be a full time musician and presently is the head and chief co-ordinator of the performing arts department of Gujarat University.
