Your account consists of your email address (with which you register) and password (specific to your account on our website, not your email password). With your account, you can change your profile, check your orders, choose to subscribe/unsubscribe for newsletter, change password and more.

Q. How do I create my account ?

To create your account, register with us by choosing 'register' option given at the top-right side, next to sign in. You can also register here. You just need to register once and you can use the same sign in details to shop every time. By creating your account you can shop, view/edit your profile information, check your orders, check your payment status, view/download your digital tracks, subscribe/unsubscribe to Newsletter, and much more. If after registering, you buy anything from www.mysticsmusic.com, your address will automatically get saved, which means you need not fill it the next time you shop with us.

Q. I have forgotten my password. How to access my account ?

If you forgot your password, you can easily recover it using 'Forgot Password' option in sign in box. It will ask you to submit your email address with which you created your account. As soon as you submit this, you will email from our side containing your sign in details. To protect yourself against unauthorized purchases to your credit card, do not give out your password to anyone.

Q. How to change profile details of my account ?

It's simple to manage your account. Once you sign in, you can easily change your profile name, profile email, password and subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletter. All your orders after check-out are saved in My Orders. You can view your order details, your, check your payment status, and if due to some reason your order could not be processed, you can re-order directly from here. All your digital tracks are saved in Digital Tracks section of your account. This is your personalised digital gallery containing the digital tracks that you have purchased. You can view/download tracks from here.

Q. How do I place my order ?

You can simple choose the albums/tracks that you want to buy, and they will get added to your Cart. Once you have chosen all that you want to purchase, go to your cart, here you can even edit your order. When you view your cart, you will see the option of signing in on the right side. If you have already registered, just enter your login details to sign in, otherwise you can directly sign up for your account from here. If you are buying for the first time, you need to give your shipping and billing details. However, if you are a returning customer your details will automatically get filled in with the last details which you provided. All your addresses get saved and you can choose any of the previous addresses from select another address option. After entering your shipping and billing details, click continue at the bottom right side of the cart. It will show you shipment method used for your order delivery, payment details and payment gateway (secured). Simply check out from here. You have successfully placed your order. You will receive an email from our side, giving details about your order like order number, shipping details, billing details, ordered items, payment option etc. Your order status in this email will be pending by default. This is payment status. Now only payment is left.

Q. How to make payment of my order ?

After your check-out, you are redirected to payment gateway as shown in your cart/email. Payment gateway for customers from foreign countries is PayPal and that for India is CC Avenue. If you already have an account with PayPal/CC Avenue, you can directly choose the option given at the top to log in to your account and make the payment. In case you do not have any account with PayPal/CC Avenue, you would need to fill in the form to proceed and make the payment. After you have successfully made the payment, you will be redirected to www.mysticamusic.com and you will also receive confirmation email. In case your payment fails, it could be due to any of the following reasons -

1. Issuing bank does not allow internet payments.
2. Visa, Mastercard, or Amex declined the transaction.
3. Card type not recognized.
4. Incorrect details entered on credit card form.
5. Expired Credit Card.
6. Insufficient funds or limitations on usage of the funds.
7. Transaction not approved by fraud screening system.
8. Invalid Card.

Q. Where can I find collection of digital tracks I have bought ?

All the digital tracks that you have purchased are stored in Digital Tracks section of your account. You can download them from here. This is your personalised digital gallery of your tracks.

Q. How can I check my order status ?

You can check the payment status of your order in My Orders section of your account. It will show you status as pending in case the payment has not been made yet and confirm in case the payment has been processed successfully. This section stores details of all your previous order and you can also re-order from here directly in case of payment failure.

Q. When will I get my ordered cd's ?

Every order is shipped within 48 hrs (working hours) of its payment confirmation. In India it takes 6 - 7 business days to deliver the package. International orders take 7 to 12 days for delivery.
