Orders

You may place orders for the products via the site in the prescribed format. We have the discretion to refuse to accept any orders placed for the products. Your order for products shall only be binding upon us when we send our order confirmation to you by email. You shall be responsible for the accuracy of your order and for giving us any and all information necessary for us to perform the contract. When you input your details via the site, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you give us is correct.Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply you with the products due to the fact that they are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of (i) waiting until the products are in stock when we will perform the contract; or (ii) cancelling your affected order and obtaining a full refund (if we have already received payment from you for the cancelled products).

Payments

The price for the products shall be as shown on our web site at the date of our acceptance of your order.You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from mysticamusic.com that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.We accept payment through your designated eligible payment method for the Account that is current, valid and otherwise acceptable to us. We reserve the right to decide the payment methods eligible for the payments. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us about your payment method. Orders from mysticamusic.com are securely sent directly to staff at our retail centre where they are reviewed. Once the order has been verified, your payment will be processed and your order shipped.

Payment is due at the time you place your order

Payment is due at the time you place your order. If you are ordering online via the website, we use a third party to take your payment by either debit or credit card. When you proceed to checkout and place your order, we will take your personal details and card details and pass them to our chosen payment gateways. The payment gateway will check and store your data in order to process your payment details. Whilst we have imposed obligations on our payment gateway to ensure the security and safety of your data, we are not responsible for your data once it is out of our control. We accept no liability for any loss and/or damage that you may suffer as a result of the credit card merchant's acts and/or omissions. In respect of each credit or debit card transaction, we strongly advise that you print off and retain a copy of the card transaction in an easily accessible place for future reference. As with online payments, your card details and data will be passed to our credit card merchant in order to process payment.If you are placing your order by post, please complete the order form and send it to us, along with payment by way of postal order, cheque or DD to the address given. We advise you to send your order by registered post to ensure it arrives safely. We have no liability to you in respect of orders which do not reach us. We strongly advice you to retain a photocopy of filled order form which includes demand draft or cheque number. We will not accept your order until such time as we receive confirmation from our payment gateway that your payment has been authorized and/or we have received payment in full in cleared funds. If for any reason payment in full is not made, we may withhold or suspend delivery of the products. 

Contract Formation

The posting of prices on our site is not an offer for sale of goods, and the order confirmation is not an acceptance of an offer to purchase goods. The contract for sale of goods between us and any customer is not entered into until we charge a valid credit card or otherwise accept payment. Delivery / Shipping

Delivery times will depend on the specific order, method of shipping, and location. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping for any order. Shipping for all other international orders will be handled on case-by-case basis. International orders, may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addresses as mysticamusic.com has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged. Please note that order shipments returned to mysticamusic.com due to incomplete/incorrect postal information, failure to pay import taxes or custom duties, or seek any required govt approval or refused entry by customs is non refundable.Indian residents will not be charged any shipping fee for order amount of Rs 195 or more. Items shipped outside India will be charged shipping, handling and processing depending on the quantity of order and the destination, but all international orders are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. If this is the case with your international order, you will be contacted by our representative prior to processing/shipping.Every effort will be made to supply you with your order; however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances. Mysticamusic.com contracts courier companies to deliver purchased goods. We are not liable for any failure of these companies to deliver on a timely basis due to reasons beyond our control.We are not responsible for the products and their safe delivery after they have left our possession. If you have any issues regarding non-delivery, late delivery and/or damage to the products during transit, you must take this up with the carrier. We will provide you with their details on request. Risk in the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Delivery shall be deemed to occur at the time when the products are passed to our nominated carriers

Return Policy

Return Policy.Due to the nature of our online site, we have a strict no return policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. We are not responsible for any problems arising out of importation requirements of your country.

The decision or award so given shall be final and binding on both the parties in dispute
